中國汽車工程學會正式發布《全固態電池判定方法》

全固態電池新標準的出台,標誌著行業(ye) 在技術界定、測試方法和產(chan) 業(ye) 化應用方麵邁出了重要一步。

5月22日,中國汽車工程學會(hui) 正式推出了《全固態電池判定方法》團體(ti) 標準,首次明確全固態電池的定義(yi) ,並解決(jue) 了長期以來行業(ye) 麵臨(lin) 的界定模糊、測試方法缺失等問題。

近年來,全固態電池因其高安全性和高能量密度被視為(wei) 動力電池的未來發展方向,但其發展受到缺乏統一標準的製約。不同廠商在定義(yi) 和測試方法上存在差異,導致市場混亂(luan) ,消費者難以辨別真偽(wei) 產(chan) 品,同時增加了研發成本和推廣難度。

據悉,新標準中的“全固態電池”要求離子傳(chuan) 遞必須完全通過固體(ti) 電解質實現,與(yu) 混合固液電解質電池形成嚴(yan) 格的技術分界。這一團標的核心研究點為(wei) 基於(yu) 失重率的液態物質含量試驗方法,即通過真空加熱測試失重率,當樣品目視無液體(ti) 且失重率低於(yu) 1%時,判定為(wei) 全固態電池。

此次標準的發布,為(wei) 企業(ye) 提供了統一的研發、認證和市場應用的標尺,有助於(yu) 優(you) 化材料開發與(yu) 工藝設計,降低推廣成本,杜絕“偽(wei) 全固態”產(chan) 品的混淆,維護消費者和行業(ye) 秩序。

該標準經過多輪驗證試驗,其誤差率低,結果穩定,適用於(yu) 當前主流的技術路線。這表明標準的製定充分考慮了技術的多樣性和實用性,為(wei) 全固態電池的技術升級和產(chan) 業(ye) 化應用奠定了基礎。此外,標準的出台還為(wei) 行業(ye) 規範化發展提供了方向,有助於(yu) 推動全固態電池技術的進一步突破和商業(ye) 化進程。

全固態電池新標準的發布,不僅(jin) 解決(jue) 了行業(ye) 長期以來的痛點,還為(wei) 全固態電池的未來發展指明了方向,具有重要的戰略意義(yi) 和實際價(jia) 值。
